Question 2009 1500, Procharger, check engine light

110k miles, Procharger kit, has started lighting the check engine light with error codes as follows: P3401, P013C, P013A.

Ran fine for 2 years, had a smog check done and started kicking the P013 codes. I cleared them today, but like usual the first time I let off the gas at speed the check engine light comes on again.

The only 2 reasons that the Check Engine Light bugs me are 1) Won't pass smog with the light on and 2) Remote start kills the motor after about 20 seconds.

Truck runs hard, pulls like a freight train.

Has anyone got the solution for this problem? Thanks in advance.

The P013? codes are slow response from rear O2 sensors. (one for each bank.) These are the post-cat sensors.......

P3401 is the control circuit for MDS on cylinder 1. The two *might* be related..... I would fix the 3401 first, clear codes, and see if the other two stay gone.
