2015 Dodge Ram will not switch out of 4 wheel drive low even with it in neutral. Any suggestions. Have tried a slow roll and switching it to neutral but won't come out.

It is usually a good idea to be rolling ~3mph, nothing crazy, before attempting to switch in/out. I believe this is probably in the manual.
