Nerf bar bolt snapped

I was taking my nerf bars off my 04 dodge ram 1500 this morning and as I was taking it off the bolt snapped in the truck and I'm not sure if it'll just unscrew out or not? If not what do I do

Does that bolt hold anything else on? Do you plan to put the nerf bars back on?
