Is anything leaking? If you're lucky, it could be a REALLY worn bearing in some pulley-driven item such as the water pump or power steering pump. If you're less lucky, it would be something internal to the engine.

What year and engine does your Ram have?

The first thing I would try is to remove the serpentine belt and start the engine up to see if the noise is gone. If it is, then you're looking at something that is driven by the pulley and with the belt off, it should be pretty easy to locate by spinning the belt-driven items.

Its a 2013 with the 5.7 112000km no leaks or anything that iv noticed. Runs fine. Just makes that sound at idle, also sounds a lot louder in that video.

Okay. Try removing the serpentine belt to see if that makes the noise go away. That should be a pretty quick and easy effort.
