Angry Broken exhaust manifold bolts

I have attempted to contact sergio.marcionne@FCAgroup.com and was transferred to Steve.Stander@FCAgroup.com about the issue of the Gen 4 broken exhaust bolts. I have gotten nowhere. Therefore, I decided to go public. I first Filed a NHTSA and EPA complaint. I then reached out to CalEPA and other environmental groups. I forwarded complaints to multiple news agencies world wide and contacted congressmembers sitting on the committee for clean air.
I have vowed to not relent on this issue. I have decided that I will go to any open forum and any group and any individual that might be able to help. I am not a tree hugger, green earth, global warming nut. I am an individual angry with a corporation that sells sub par products to the public and then expects the public to be responsible financially for fixing those products.
There has been 9 years of opportunity for FCA to address the broken bolts and other QC/QA issues with their products.
Surely they could have changed bolt suppliers or forced the manufacturer/supplier to improve their products before shipping to FCA.
