Ordered a pair of front wheel bearing hubs online for my 2009 Ram Laramie. Installed and immediately heard noises from the right front on test drive. Took wheel off and noticed the wheel studs had damage. Contacted seller and he asked for my truck's VIN and build date. Apparently there were 2 types of hubs for a 2009 - one for before a 12/08 build date and another for after. Seller didn't have the correct hubs in stock for exchange. Of course I was sent the wrong ones and now have to remove both hubs again, repack and return. Seller is giving me a full refund upon return (minus shipping fees). My question is - since my truck was a pre-12/08 build, will a 2008 wheel assembly work on my truck? Any help appreciated.
