I have a 2011 Dodge 2500 truck with the diesel engine in it. Yesterday the drivers seat back got stuck in the recline position. I have the electric seat controls. I can't get it to respond, any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

 

I had this same experience on my 2013 2500. I called the local dealer here and spoke to a service technician. He told me to unplug all the connections under the driver seat and plug them back in. This fixed the issue for me.
