Default Wiper delay not working

So I have a 2013 1500 with the 5.7 in it. A couple of months back I was driving and smelled a terrible burning electrical smell (like the magic blue smoke coming out of something). I happened to be driving by an area where they had just had a transformer fire so I thought nothing of it and just opened the windows to make the smell go away. A few days later I noticed that I no longer have a delay on my wipers. If I turn the wipers to the delay setting they will wipe once and stop. If I shorten the delay they will wipe once and stop again. They work fine on low and high, as does the single wipe by tapping the spray.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to look for? Everything I can find is related to them not parking correctly etc, which isn't happening to me. They work fine except for the delay - almost like a resistor is gone or something.

Thanks!
