New 2018 2500 CD Big Horn
I wish my first post would be better than this, but....
I bought a 2018 CC Big Horn with 6.4 Hemi. 2 week and 660 miles later the engine threw a rod and it is toast. It has been at the dealership for 3 week waiting on parts. The last part they need might be here on Friday 6/20 (a month after it broke). The only thing Chrysler has offered to do is try to expedite the shipping. I bought a $45-$50,000 truck because I need one and I got a caravan as a loaner and all Chrysler has done is say "oops, sorry".
I know these things happen to all brands and all vehicle. Am I expecting to much from Chrysler? Is it OK that I paid $730 this month on a truck I can't drive?

I would send a PM to DodgeCares here on this site, and include your VIN, and what is going on. There is zero excuse for such a major failure that early in the trucks life, Dodge should at least provide you a rental car. I am also curious, why dodge isn't just throwing a whole motor at it, instead of rebuilding the one that blew up....... I would be seriously underwhelmed with such behavior.
