Apparently longer then anyone has reached yet? If it was something like 250K, a bunch of people would be screaming about it. Maybe it's 500K and only a couple people have reached it but didn't say anything.

 

on a system with a return it may pump 30 gallons in an hour and use 2 and sends 28 back to the tank. the service interval for that filter is 30 000miles. on a returnless system the filter only filters 2 gallons in that same time period.

2/30*100= 7%
7% of filter life = 30000miles therefore 100%= 428 000miles
