Default What's a good hid kit to put in my projections?

Hi,
I have a 2015 Ram 1500 sport crew cab with projection and 4 bulbs system (1bulb for low, and 1bulb for high beam). I want to get rid of the yellow look in low/high beams and also have fog lights match .... Any ideas what's best to use? Or what have you used and happy with ?

I have watches a few videos on YouTube and some are suggesting hids over leds

I have looked at these but wasn't sure how good they are :

Thanks,
Randy

I would suggest looking into an led kit. Hids get really hot.

I replaced my projector bulbs with LEDs in my 2014 1500 and am very happy with the result. The color temperature now of all my lights match (converted the fog lights to LED as well) and my visibility seems noticeably improved.

There is somewhat limited space to install LED bulbs and still use the original weather-tight cover. I found that I needed to go with LED bulbs that have a flexible metal weave heatsink versus the type that have the built in fan in order to make them all fit. Also, replacing the bulbs is a lot easier if you remove the grill and take the entire headlight assembly free from the truck.

Okay I really don't mind if it's hid or led as long as they are whiter looking and fog lights match . Where would you recommend I purchase these from ?

I purchased my LED bulbs (high beam, low beam, and fog lights) from Amazon. I can dig back in to my orders to see specifically which ones I got if you're interested. The ONLY issue I've had in the nearly a year since I installed them is that when I switch to high beams I get a notice for a "Low beam bulb out" in the information center. I do not get any warnings when I am just using the low beams. I've had no issues with oncoming traffic flashing me so the pattern is apparently good, and I rarely find myself using the high beams because the low beams are plenty effective.

I know the best HIDs I have ever ran were made by Morimoto

I’m running the opt 7 premium leds from Amazon. They have the fans on the back and require a small hole to be drilled into the dust cap for ventilation but they do fit inside the stock housing. I have the older style quad reflectors. Not the projectors. Color match is perfect between fogs and low beams. Overall I’m pretty happy with them.
