Problem with power outlet
Hello all, my power outlet is not working anymore. It also feels kinda loose.
any suggestion please? 2012 ram 1500

if the fuse is ok, check for power and grd at the connector. a special tool is required to remove the receptacle; without the tool, access the connector by removing the trim pieces. if you have power and grd at the connector...replace the receptacle.
