radio stops playing,scans by itself,volume goes all the way up, screen turns green and it goes to media on its own. 20,000 mi. dealer has had it twice and said they could not duplicate problem and that it was working as designed. also the back of the drivers seat falls all the way down to the rear seat sometimes, dealer says no problem. any ideals?

 

As in your other thread, sounds like your dealer is useless. Find a competent dealer and use your warranty.

 

had another dodge from the only other dealer close to us and they were worst than this one. i think i will call ram.

 

Unfortunately if you are not getting good service from your dealer, that may be your next option, escalate up the ladder.
