Default Strut squeaking

Back in January, i had Bilsteins 6112s struts installed on my 2017 Dodge Ram standard cab, with a lift of 2.5". Starting around June, the struts started squeaking on every little bump, speed bumps, potholes, dirt roads. Any idea what it could be from? were the struts installed wrong?

Are you sure it's the struts and not a bushing or ball joint/tie rod end that's dry? Before condemning the struts (unless you're somehow positive it's the struts) I'd spray some white lithium grease or silicone lubricant on the bushings, one at a time followed by either using a needle tip on a grease gun or a small pick to poke a hole in the rubber boot of the ball joints and tie rod joint boots and spraying some white grease inside the boot to determine where the squeak is coming from.
