Default Crackling Noise from Passenger Side Dash

I've had my 2018 Ram 1500 for almost 6 months and I love it! But the other day, I noticed a crackling sound coming from the dash on the passenger side. It will not make the sound if the truck is parked, or if I am stopped at a red light. It seems to only do it when I am on the interstate or at higher speeds. The crackling is there when I have my iPod in the USB port, uconnect, or when I am listening to the radio.

Has anyone had anything like this happen, or does anyone know what is causing this?

Thanks!

Why don’t you use your warranty?

I've had the same noise. Kinda like a wasp or bee's wings beating against something. I can't tell if it is the dash area or door. I haven't had a chance to ride on that side while someone else drives.

I presume you've already figured this out by now since you posted in 2018 and it is now 2022, but it was likely the speaker. It was either blown or a shorted wire.
