2013 no heat
I haven’t had this truck very long. Conviently bought it in the summer didn’t think to check the heater since the ac was blowing just fine and still is. Now that it’s winter I have realized my heater won’t blow hot air it’s maybe luke warm. So far I have checked the hoses going into the heater core they are warm. Not thinking it my thermostat since my temp is consistent. Just took apart the dash last night and replaced one of the blend door actuators didn’t know there was two till I got in there still no change. The blend door I took off seems to be fine no damage. I’m stumped on where to go from here my coolant isn’t all gumped up or low and the truck only has 90k on her. I did have an aftermarket stereo installed kind of wondering if something hoaky went on there it was a “professional shop” so who knows. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Since the temperature of the hoses to and from the heater core were both described in the same way (warm), I don't think flow through the heater core would be the issue. If one were noticeably hotter than the other then flow would certainly be a concern. However, if the engine was up to temperature at the time, those hoses should be too hot to comfortably hold, not just warm. So assuming the engine were up to temperature at the time (possibly a big assumption) it seems like the coolant to and through the heater core may be the issue.

I have a similar problem, no heat on the drivers side but heat on the passengers side so I believe it's the blend door. It also stinks like hell and only one time (so far) I've found a few drops of fluid under the glove box on the floor mat so I'm assuming the heater core is leaking. The fluid was red in color but my antifreeze is purpleish so it's a little confusing. I've also read of a bad batch of hoses causing a sulfur smell too so there could be a number of things wrong. How difficult was it removing the dash and replacing the blend door?
