Default 2012 problems

I have a 2012 dodge ram 1500 during driving the truck rpms will surge while going up hill the speed will drop and the truck kinda dies down. During acceleration it will be very difficult. There is a small rattle sound coming from the passenger side but will stop after it is warm up. I had misfire codes in cylinder 5 and cylinder 7. I've had a mechanic tell me could be a camshaft fail I've had another mechanic tell me the throttle body is only responding 75% at Full Throttle on the machine. I have replace fuel pump, injectors, camshaft sensor spark plugs, coil packs, crank **** sensor. Anybody else had anything similar to happen or could point me in the right direction what's going on

See, deer are attracted to diesel trucks. That's why I stick with gas.
