I'm having an issue with the dome lights not coming on when any of the doors are open. The door switches are working, when you open them it shows up on the door open display. When you rotate the switch they do not come on. The map lights come on when you press them but not by the headlight switch or the doors. The fuse is good, the bulb is good, and what I can see of the wiring it looks good, not hard or brittle or anything. I have the uconnect 5.0, I cant find an option to change or turn it on in the setup menu. Some one told me they thought it might have been put in "black out mode". Is that a possibility? if so how do I fix it?

 

On My 03 and 12 i can turn off the interior lights by moving the dash dimmer switch all the way off. Does yours have this ?

 

Sorry. Just read your post again and seen you already tried that.

 

Aren't the map lights different from the courtesy lights that illuminate when the door is open? Or am I getting the Ram confused with my car?
