Backup camera stuck on

My camera is stuck on even when I put it in drive and start driving down the road. Up to about 20mph it will stay on then goes to a blue screen and it won’t let me do anything. Software has been updated and still no fix. Need help.

Have you tried to disconnect it at the wiring harness under the tailgate? Could be a bad connection, unseat then reseat.

i have tried that. Even cleaned the connections. Still no change
