Default Grinding noise at engine

This is my first Ram bought it almost 2 months ago. There's a grinding noise coming from engine when i first start to accelerate. Let go of the gas and go again it doesnt sound switches to 2nd gear fine. It does it sometimes. Again it does it when i first start to drive, the more i press on gas the more grinding noise it makes. Any ideas ?
