I just purchased a 2009 Dodge Ram SLT. The cigarette outlet isn’t working located by the shifter. The power outlet located inside the middle compartment is not working as well as the one in the back. All fuses are fine and I have replaced them just in case. I read in another forum that they followed the wiring to these outlets and it went under the driver seat. I do have some connections under the driver seat that aren’t plugged in. Could this be the issue?

 

Could be. Plug them in and see.
