I have a 2014 ram 3500 single wheel crewmax and am struggling to figure out the towing limits of it. Specifically w a gooseneck. The manual has a generic 30k towing in it but I’ve heard from others that would be grossly overweighted. I realize this might be a dumb question but appreciate any and all help!

 

Just over 17000 pounds is what I come up with. Depending on 2 or 4 wheel drive. (makes a whopping 50 lbs difference.....)

What type of hitch you are using doesn't matter.
