Default Ticking

I have a 2018 Dodge ram 2500 4x4 with a 6.4 L hemi, I bought it in May of 2018 so it's almost a year old it has 9,900 mi on it and it has since acquired a ticking sound in the engine, my question is is it normal for the 6.4 L hemi to have a tick in the engine

Depends on what is ticking. Are you just hearing the injectors? Or something else?

That may be perfectly normal then. The injectors do tend to be a bit loud...... You still have warranty..... I should think, so, wouldn't hurt to get the dealers opinion.

We understand why this would be concerning. If you end up getting going into the dealer for an inspection, let us know. We're available via direct message and would be happy to help.
