Default Dead Truck

2015 Ram 1500
I have had this problem occure 4 times now.
I left my key in the on possition.
Of course I come out to a dead Truck in the morning.
This is a different kind of dead. There is no electrical at all.
The battery is fully charged.
The first 3 times it was in warranty. I do not know what they did to get the truck going but they didnt fix the problem.
Has anyone else heard of this issue.

How are you verifying the battery is fully charged? You've completely run it down 4 times now leaving the key in the on position?

I'm curious as to why you leave the ignition on with the truck not running at night. Then again, where I grew up, if you didn't lock it, you didn't have it. Newer cars in the last 20 years or so have a battery shut off relay in case you leave the lights on, they cut power. It will usually come back when you turn the key. With the key left on, you may have baffled the relay. Try disconnecting the battery and count to 20. Reconnect and see if that makes a difference. Beyond that, I don't fool with new stuff like you have so I can guess but that can get expensive.

Lets just say it is not fully charged. Now what?
But it is fully charged.
Like I said this is not the first time it happened.

The question of how you know the battery is fully charged is a valid one. If you've left the key in the On position over night, there's a very good chance the battery ran dead. Are you determining that because you've charged the battery after coming out to a dead truck?

Did you turn the key to the Off position before charging the battery? Did you try turning the key off and starting, still with no electrical? If you turn the key off, remove the key, then close and open the driver's door do the dome lights come on? Do the headlights work if you try to turn them on?

The more information you can provide to the forum, including answering questions that are asked, will help provide better responses that should help you get to the root of your issue more quickly.
