The 09 Dodge Ram 1500 has 190k on it also. I have done a complete radiator flush, heater core flush and changed the thermostat out and still getting just luke warm air blowing. I have also noticed that the a/c doesn't get cold much on the drivers side as it does on the passenger side. I replaced the cabin air filter and nothing has changed on this either. I do hear some sort of water sloshing when I take off from dead stop. Any ideas? I'm at the end of the rope trying to figure it out without taking in the shop. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
