Default Tpm

I had a TPM go bad on the right front tire. They put a new one on and rotated the tires. When I left the garage the screen still showed the right front blank for about five miles then it showed it was working. My question is shouldn't hve showed up where the right front was rotated to?

From what I know,, the TPMs reset themselves,,, so when you rotate your tires,, the TPMS monitors will reset to the tire location,,, which is nice as you dont need to get them programmed everytime you rotate the tire or have to replace one

I recently replaced two original oem sensors at home and rotated the tires and everything initialized to the SKREEM(Sentry Keyless Remote Entry Module) module within 1/2 mile or so.You have to go at a steady speed above 15mph.
More info about how it works here:https://www.moderntiredealer.com/art...er-ram-pickups

if the tpm light is flashing...its not low pressure but rather a fault in the system...most likely a bad sensor. codes will be set in the rf hub. get the code read. scan tool that can access chassis codes required.
