Default 2009 Hesitation

New guy here so be gentle.

I got a 2009 Ram Hemi 5.7. When the motor is cold it is strong out of stops and cruises well. But after it warms up, there is a little hesitation from stops and acceleration on the highway. After a second or 2 the motor wraps up and you feel the full power. Cruising down the road at highway speeds it feels and little rough as in you can feel the truck shake ever so slightly. No codes are thrown. No pinging. Recently replaced a coil pack for a misfire issue and replaced the cam shaft position sensor and air temp intake sensor.
What else should I look at?

EDIT<< There is a couple loose screws that hold the throttle body to the intake. They are stripped. I believe a can hear it whistle sometimes. Would a vacuum leak be the issue?

Vacuum leak is most certainly going to be an issue. Need to fix that first.
