Default 2006 dodge ram 1500 5.7L hemi help

Im 19 I have a 12 of 05 dodge ram 1500 lone star edition with the 5.7L hemi in it but this is a bit of a interesting case / unique. This was my mom's truck and someone sabotaged the cooling system on her truck and she melted the pistons down on the original motor I removed it and put a 2003 hemi in it removed everything from intake manifold up of and replaced with original motor parts. Replaced valve covers installed new plugs and coils used original ac compressor and power steering pump new fuel injectors some of the ones on the 03 where beyond saving truck runs great I also had to buy an engine oil pressure sensor for an 06 engine so it would fit the wiring harness engine runs great just can't get the check engine light to go away.
The codes are as follows
P0403 EGR valve
P0406 EGR valve
P3401 cylinder
P3441 cylinder
P3449 cylinder
P0198 oil temp sensor
P3425 cylinder
The cylinders are for the cylinder cut offs for cylinders 1,4,6,7 respectively didn't install the cut offs from my sources I didn't need it and haven't had a problem with the cut offs since the sensors worked but the never actually kill the cylinder according to sources, the engine oil temp/pressure sensor is brand new from the store and still have a code for it I can get ride of do I have to clear it with a code scanner for it to go away? Beyond that the motor doesn't have an EGR valve to even replace or install, so is there a way to program the computer system so it doesn't have the EGR active at all because I need an inspection sticker if I'm ever going to drive it
Thank you for reading and any help/advice is greatly appreciated

I don't think the 03 engine even had provisions for MDS..... so, not a surprise you are getting codes for it. You need a custom tune for that. Flyin' Ryan, or Hemifever might be able to help you out. But, what you really need to do, is install an 09 or newer engine in there......
