Default 35" x12.5 tires on factory 20" rims?

Ok, need some help!!! I have a 2019 Ram Classic with the factory 20" wheels. I am installing a 3' front level kit and 2" rear. I want to put 35" tires on it.
I have access to the 35" tires on 18" rims. Is it worth going down to 18" or stay with 20" rims?

I also have the pocket flares on the truck so want to fill that up a bit. Any rim size suggestions??

Any comments or pics would be awesome!!!

ps. first time on here!! Love the sight..

Do you actually off-road with your truck? If you do, the extra sidewall the 18" rims will give you would be nice.
