The plugs in the truck are factory plugs

Factory as in original? Or specified mopar coppers? If plugs are good I think I would try a compression test focusing on the misfire cylinder. If good I would be tempted to pull a valve cover and attempt to measure camshaft lift on the misfire cylinder and compare that too another set of valves on a good cylinder....for a possible indication of cam lobe wear.
