Default 2013 ram 2500 hemi, no power

2013 ram, guages just flicker on and off no key power, no horn, lights work but that's about it. Grounds are all good, 12.8v battery, ignition wont do anything to put my scanner on it so idk what it can be. I'm leaning towards tipm but I have a hard time believing that. It's not like my 11 which has a computer on the side of it, no this 13 is just fuses and some internal relays, I've already separated it and didnt see anything unusual or burnt. I jumped 12v grom my power probe to ignition hot side of relay and can get it to light up but it says no bus which is odd but the main computer shouldn't have anything to do with ignition but I'm a little inexperienced with the 4rth gen stuff but I do have close to 20yrs hands on experience, i get shops calling me for help all the time cause I'm pretty good at my job but I'm a little lost here. I'll try to attach a video of it.

Are the lights nice and bright? Sounds like just a bad connection somewhere.

yeah they're bright. And have over 12v at plug. I've gone through the entire harness, thing is it worked flawlessly one day, detailer washed it and then went and got gas and it was fine. Next day we had a buyer and it did nothing. I'm trying to upload a video but it keeps saying it's not allowed

You may not have enough posts to put up a video.... Host it somewhere else, photobucket, or whomever, and then just link to it here.

if you have no bus code showing i would be looking there, the PCM(i assume thats what you mean by main computer) controls everything, fuel injector timing, ignition timing, a/c compressor, security ect ect. Figure out (and repair) whats causing the no bus error and i bet you are good to go.

That was with me forcing power to cluster. I'm tearing the body control module out right now.
