I need to replace the bushing on the left lower control arm. The bolt is seized and I need to have it aligned. They told me that Dodge says that I need to replace the entire lower control arm as they do not sell a replacement bushing for an aluminium control arm. Anyone know if this is true or not?

Check RockAuto to see if they list it. They do list some control arm bushings as available, but they are somewhat dependent upon the options your truck has.

Yes I found replacement bushings on rockauto, but they don't say if they can be used in an aluminium arm. That's the question i'm trying to answer.
