Angry Stupid clicking sound help!

Hey guys, I feel completely embarrassed to be that guy who post on a topic with 200 other similar post. BUT I PROMISE I HAVE READ SO MANY POST ON THIS AND I STILL CANT FIGURE OUT THIS DAM THING! so here it goes....
2010 Ram 1500, Strange clicking noise behind my glove box. Started a few weeks ago, happens for a few seconds on start up and shut down. I have noticed I can kinda manipulate it to do it when i turn the temp from high to low and direction from head to defrost. I have tried opening up all three actuators and turning the big wheel 180*. still doing it. bought two new ones and just replaced them(noticed a tooth missing on two). Still doing it... I found the post about the https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...0-minutes.html but when i took the fan out i did not see the recirculation door "laying right there blocking the air duct...to Reach up and pull it out"
I took off all three actuators and the blower fan and when i turned on the truck... CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK!
Its like its ****ing with me! Its 20* outside and I've been out here for hours!
Anyone have any other suggestions?
I'm pretty sure the sound is coming from behind the 3rd actuator. But i cant see how to get in that without literally taking the complete dash out

UPDATE. I've taken the upper and lower glove box off to get more accessible to the recirculation door. Which mines looks more like an accordion than a door like all the videos have shown. I can see it opening and closing just fine when I push the button. And the clicking isn't coming from that.
what's my next move here guys???

Does it sound like a relay clicking?
Is the click there with HVAC turned completely off? Im thinking its kinda hard for us to help diagnose this...thats why your not getting much response. HVAC can be tricky. I have one myself where one of the doors seems to be binding a tad inside the heater box.

do you have dual climate control? if yes, iirc, there might be a 4th actuator, 2 temp blend, 1 mode, 1 recirc. unplug them all and see if the noise stops. if yes, inspect the splines on the doors and actuators. when the doors break the actuators loose calibration. the hvac module will try to calibrate at each start up, moving the doors to the full range of travel...when broken they click.

Its louder and harder than a relay click... And yes it definitely will do it when its off. It does it after the truck is completely off

I do have dual climate control. But I only see three actuators. Two behind the radio and one behind the glovebox.. all three are pulled and the recirc is unplugged. Where would the fourth be?

Behind the glove box? Break out your arm with it's three elbows?

Engineers HATE technicians. That should be patently obvious.

That pic was a quick google search for 2010 Ram. Please ensure yours appears similar before you go getting tennis elbow in 3 different elbows..
