Default Radiator drain plug

I'm trying to drain my coolent from my Radiator to do a flush but I can turn my plug 360 degrees both ways and nothing is coming out so I can't flush my system on a 2010 4.7 ram 1500

My water pump failed and started leaking and it leaked out all my coolent but now im trying to flush my system with the new water pump but my drain plugs is not draining anything and its full of water

Never liked that drain plug. Forget it. Remove the lower hose at the radiator.
