Default 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 O2 sensor issues

Hey guys,
I have a 2012 with 280K on it. My P0030 engine came on the other day. This is the morning after I replaced the front shocks. Didn’t move the truck after or start up. The next morning started my truck and immediately the code came up on engine light.

I went to pull the O2 sensors off the exhaust. The front one came out very difficultly, meaning it got destroyed pulling it and the second one with no issues. I went to dodge picked up new O2 sensor. Installed it and cleared code. 10 mins later after starting code came back on. Cleared code couple more times yet still came on. Cleaned the tail O2 sensor a couple times then replaced it. So 2 new O2 sensors.

Still getting the P0030 code.....

I haven’t used the volt meter on the wiring yet I may need to now.

Any suggestions???

Have a look here. That's talking about the control circuit for the sensor heater. Since you have replaced the sensor, and the code comes back, gotta be a wiring issue.

Default Wiring

Would someone have a wiring diagram for the o2 sensors

Possibly I did something when I was working on the front shocks. I honestly cannot see anything. Maybe there is wiring in that work area that I could look closer at when shocks extended when removing.

I checked power to 02 sensors. Seems like the front one isn’t getting proper power on bank 1.

Should be 12 volts on the heater wire, (the one you are most concerned with...) and like 5 volts on the sensor feed, the other wires are a ground for the heater circuit, and the signal return to the PCM. No idea which is which. Fuses/relays should be labeled.....
