Default Idling problems after replacing spark plugs

I have a 2015 Ram 5.7 4 x 4 quad cab Tradesman I just put E3 racing spark plugs in the truck it runs fantastic I'm having idle problems anybody have any ideas

E3 racing spark plugs...... would be my first guess. These engines are really unfriendly with non-stock plugs.
