Aftermarket radio/EVIC

I need some info if anyone can help me. I'm wanting to install an aftermarket radio in my 2012 dodge ram 1500. My question is, will doing so interfere with the operations of the EVIC? I will also be installing an interface with steering wheel control for the radio. Thanks

I'll answer my own question. No it does not interfere with the EVIC
