Default 2018 power wagon - tire noise?

I'm not the most mechanically inclined but I'll do my best to explain. The truck has always been pretty loud on the road, but recently noticed a humming/slight grinding/vibration at low speed while holding about 10-15 MPH. The noise/vibration goes away (or become less noticable) when picking up speed or letting off the gas but it's like there is a particular speed that it's catching on. It sounds and feels like it's coming from the front drivers side tire. Like I said the truck has always been pretty loud but this seems like something off.

Jack up the front, and spin the tires by hand. See how things feel..... If you have warranty left on your truck, take it in to the dealer, and take someone for a ride, show them the noise. See what happens.
