Default Hello all

Hey guys. New to the group. I have a 2012 ram 1500 big horn slightly modified. I put a 6inch rough country lift kit which completely replaced my stock suspension(huge pain in the *** to install btw) with 35in tires(falken wildpeak MT01) and moto metal black out edition rims(13.5x20). I just had the top of the engine completely rebuilt due to a domino effect catastrophe with a flat spot on the cam. Everything was replaced. Better safe than sorry. Now I would really like to know what you suggest as for a possible turbo kit. Single or twin turbo? Should I replace all or some internals? Do I absolutely have to change the rear end gearing? This strictly is for fun. Love the truck. Love the engine. No reason to do this other than you can never go wrong with more power. I do towe a 14 foot flat trailer that I use for our 4wheelers or when I'm building things at my house but I dont towe all the time. Thanks

All gearing is stock. I figured there was no need to change any gearing...yet

Depends on how much of a change in tire size it was going up to the 35's. (and what the stock ratio was..... there were a few options.) If only an inch or maybe two, probably be just fine, if it was more than that, probably something to seriously consider.

Stock rims are 20inch (no change there) but the width of the rim changed from 11inch I believe stock to 13.5inch

Rim size isn't as much of an issue as overall tire diameter. Sure, the new tires/rims are likely heavier.... just compensate with more power.

But, it was so much FUN the first time.......

I see a variety of supercharger kits, from the fellers that sit on the engine, to the procharger style separate units.... Of course, they all run in the neighborhood of 7 grand... but, come with just about everything you need. (tuning may be an extra cost) How fast do you wanna spend?
