Default Intermittent AC Issue On 2009 Ram 1500

Was hoping someone would have some insight on my intermittent AC issue - AC has been recently serviced so the charge is okay. The AC will often start off okay and with no changes to the thermostat start blowing warm air. It appears the AC clutch engages randomly, with Max AC I believe the clutch should be always engaged, it doesn't. I thought it would likely be the thermostat control so I replaced the three **** unit and nothing changes.

I was thinking I could just jump the AC relay but it doesn't appear there is one, I believe it's controlled by the TIPM so I can manually engage the compressor. I reseated all the TIPM cables and the harness to the AC clutch but nothing seems to help.

My question is, is it more likely the TIPM unit or the AC clutch that's the issue? Mileage is a bit over 130k, the heat works okay and the other defrost, leg... vent modes seem to work fine. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

After reading several similar posts I wanted to clarify that on my posting above that there don't appear to be any fan issues, it works fine. The vent selector also works okay. The problem is when the AC is selected the AC clutch engages randomly.

Think I would verify pressures..... A/C clutch will kick out if it's over/under pressure.
