Reason: forgot to put year and model of truck
Find a couple good body shops in your area, get estimates. See what they have to say.
Bear in mind, body work is never cheap..... Also make sure they use GOOD quality replacement panels, not the cheap chinesium pieces that will only last a day longer than their warranty.

I never cheap out on vehicle parts or anything like that but the prior owner of my truck did. Just bout fixed everything costed bout 3-4000 over the last year but she's good now
Full inner and outer rocker panels and cab corners will run on average $4,000.All the doors and the bed box usually need to be removed to do it right from what I have seen on these trucks.
I did mine myself was alot of welding, I did outter rockers and cab corners I think the parts were around 300 paint was another 350, front fender was rusted at bottom that was another 200 and then bondo, sand paper primer had to remove box for cab corners I am not a body man and I hate body work so it sucked to do this mine is a 2009 crew cab also, I also replaced the tailgate that was rusted out at bottom found a used dented one and removed dent and repainted, dented tailgate I found cost me $50 I also repaired the start of rust on box right side wheel well cut metal out and welded in new, now I have pass door needing attention It never stops but 235000 miles on it. I got the rocker panels and cab corners from www.shermanparts.com
