Default Radio Station Pre-Sets Go Away

My 2012 Sirius Radio Pre Sets disappear. It's always on start up but at no schedule of any kind.
Sirius says it's a Dodge problem. Dodge says it's a Sirius problem.
All I know is that it's a problem.
The original radio started losing volume and I would turn it off and on again to get it back.
That was my excuse to buy a new radio from Dodge thinking that would also fix the memory issue.
Nope!
Started happening again.
Sirius cant figure it out.
Anyone seen this before or have ideas?
Thank you.

Sorry I can't help but my 2010 RBZ does the same thing and it pisses me off because every time it does it I have to add in all the presets ot else the radio will update on every startup and it takes about 4 minutes each time to update.

Maybe try this,,,,My 09 was acting crazy,, everytime i would start it it would take 30 seconds to about 2 mins for the radio to startup,,, I tried all different ideas till one guy told me to change the battery under the hood,, and I thought what would that do,, he says that when a battery gets week, it may start the truck ok, but it uses "all" the power available just to start,, so he said the radio sees no power and its like removing the battery. All presets gone and have to reset them,, so I thought lets try it, now the radio works perfectly comes on right away as soon as truck starts and presets are always there,,, It might be your problem or maybe not,,, its just a thought

I agree with outlaw.... right before my battery went out, my radio did some weird things like losing the presets and which station is was on last.
