Default 2018 GPS not accurate

I have a 2018 1500 with the 8.4 screen and the gps is not picking up right. It is probably about 30 miles off. There is no new update, I did check that. Any help on getting this resolved.
Thanks

Is there a way to recalibrate it? Maybe something in the owners manual??

I don't have that system, so, this is just from what I found on the web..... It seems you can set the city you are in, but, I don't have the procedure for that.... also, according to theory, you can reset the system by driving in a circle at under 5mph for a few minutes...... So, maybe find a large, empty parking lot, and give it a shot?

Thanks and I will try. I have a call into the dealer also, being that a friend works there to see what they say

Dealer has nothing and I have tried everything that the internet says do for a soft reset with no luck. I did find out that there is a problem with the 8.4 on the 18' models. If anyone can help resolve this with me please let me know. Thanks

I took the truck into the dealer to have them reset or download new update to radio and they could not get radio to update and then tried to install the old file but it was corrupt and now the radio doesn't work at all. All in all the radio worked when it went into the dealership but was off 65 miles on the navigation and now they are putting a new radio in for me at there cost. Fingers crossed this fixes the issue.
