2016 Ram 2500 problem
I have a 2016 Ram 2500 with a 5.7. I went to crank the truck and when I turned the key, I heard a pop from under the hood and now the truck will not crank, key will not come out, shifter will not move, wipers, door locks ect will not work. I installed a new battery to eliminate that as the possible problem. Any ideas what the problem could be?
