I am missing the 4 bolts that hold the grill in place does anyone know the size of these bolts, also the same for the headlights

 

Dealer should be able to get you a part number at least..... you can then google search on the part number, and someone should be able to tell you what size they are. (as should the dealer, but, it isn't in their best interests to do so, they would rather sell you the bolts for five times what the hardware store has 'em for.....)

 

I tried the dealer they said the bolts aren't serviced so they do not show in their system.

 

That's just bizarre.... Junkyard?

Do the bolts thread into the grill? If they do, take the grill to the hardware store with you, find some bolts that fit.
