Default P0750 Code on 5.7L

I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500, 5.7L Hemi. 230,000km. Recently ran into an issue where my truck shifted directly into 4th gear and seems to be stuck there.

Plugged my code reader in and got a P0750 (Shift Solenoid A). It was suggested that I disconnect the solenoid wiring harness from both ends and check the 23 pins for any sort of damage/a loose connection.

Because I'm not very familiar with transmission issues, I don't even know where to find the main transmission electrical harness connector.

Any suggestions and/or guidance would be very much appreciated.

Thank you!

Replace the transmission solenoid pack and check to see if you have any recall.
