Default 2011 Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi

Soooo I have random, multiple misfire. Both sides are involved. Mechanics cannot seem to find what the issue is. If the truck sits for a few days the misfires will go away. If it is driven normal it doesn't seem to start to misfire. If it is driven hard it will start to misfire. New coil packs, new plugs, new o2 sensors. Vacume tested, compression good. Been to 3 shops. Any help would be great.

o2 sensors are brand new. Would a dirty fuel pump filter cause something like that?

What brand O2 sensors?

I believe the fuel filter is part of the fuel pump module, and thus, not easily serviced.

Ok, those are correct. As suggested in the other thread...... check for loose/dirty connections.
