rough country "preloaded" n3 struts
Does anyone know if im right in assuming the rough country 3" lift preloaded N3 struts like included in this kit
have the same amount of travel as stock struts but just have the springs preloaded basically the same way one would preload a stock strut with a coil spacer installed against the spring on a stock strut? In other words will these struts give my more travel or do I risk the same bottoming out or the strut and rougher ride I would get from preloading stock springs? Im trying to weight the benefits of this lift vs the cheaper version they offer with the strut spacers mounted on top like this,
This is for a street driven ecodiesel that currently sits lower than stock and im just wanting to remedy that and add 33" all terrains for the little time I do spend on dirt roads.

ended up going with the bilstein setup.. they changed the part number so they are clearencing the old part number versions right now. with the little over 2" lift over stock its going to make a decent difference on my currently lowered truck.
