Default Heating issues

I’ve got a 2013 ram 1500 where it’s having a heating issue . The driver side was Lukewarm air at best and the passenger side was hot air so I replaced the blend door actuator but it’s still not working like it should. Do I need to recalibrate the actuator? Also what position should the door itself be in when I install the actuator?

Does your Ram have automatic climate control or manual dials?

im guessing automatic since the controls are through a screen. Also since the original post, I’ve noticed the mode selection actuator will also randomly stop working and after disconnecting the battery to try to get the system to recalibrate the temp control actuator is set to cold and doesn’t respond to changing the temp, maybe an electric issue behind the dash bezel?
