I have a 2013 1500 regular cab with alpine 6 speaker sound system. Does this have the factory amp? and if so where is it located.

 

Most amps would be bolted to the dash frame on the passenger side. Drop the glove box door down and you should be able to see it. And if you don't see it. Send me a private message with the last 9 of the Vin number and I'll be able to tell you if it has a amp.

 

Hi master tech I was wondering if you would be able to help me find out if I have a factory amp I don’t think I have the 8.4 I have Sirus xm and radio but no touch screen anyways I just bought a sub for my truck thinking it will plug in and work but it doesn’t now I feel I’m out money
